Retirement
SHL Medical offers a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan administered by Voya Financial. You can choose to make contributions pre-tax, Roth post-tax, or a combination of both up to the IRS maximum. SHL Medical matches your contribution dollar-for-dollar up to 6% and you are immediately vested.

Time Off
SHL Medical’s Paid Time Off (PTO) program provides employees with the flexibility to manage their time away from work through vacation time, sick time, and 10 observed company-paid holidays. SHL Medical also provides a variety of Paid Leave of Absences.
